Required Documents

Admissions applications for kindergarten for the 2027–2028 school year are currently open.

Is your child eligible?

For kindergarten 2027–2028, your child must have been born between October 1, 2021 and September 30, 2022.

Before filling out the form, make sure you have the following documents in hand. Your application must be complete to be processed:

  • Letter of Intent
    The letter must be submitted in PDF format, explaining why you would like your child to study at our school.
  • Your Child’s Global Development Report
    This report must be written by the early childhood educator at the daycare your child attends. If you need a template, you can download it here.
  • Credit Card
    For payment of the $50.00 administrative fee (non-refundable).

Online Admissions Application Form

Creating Your Pluriportail Profile

Create your profile on the admissions portal by choosing a username and password. Save this information as you will need it to log back into the portal.

Completing the Admissions Form

Fill out the online admissions form by completing all required sections.

Uploading Required Documents

Letter of intent and your child’s global development report.

Documents must be submitted online no later than October 5, 2026.

Paying the Administrative Fee

Make the online payment of $50 for the administrative fee (non-refundable).

Observation Session

If your child’s file is selected during the pre-screening process, you will receive an email invitation starting Monday, October 19, 2026 to participate in an observation session on Saturday, October 24, 2026. No other date will be available.

Final Decision

After reviewing your file, a response will be sent to you by email by mid-December.

During this session, your child will participate in playful activities that will allow us to interact naturally with them and assess their understanding of French and ability to express themselves in that language, as Collège Sainte-Marcelline is a French-language school.

After reviewing your file, you will receive a response by email by mid-December.

Every year, 54 students begin their Marcelline adventure in kindergarten, the first step toward elementary school.

Family ties and siblings are a considered factor, but do not replace our observations during the admissions session.
