Foundation of Collège Sainte-Marcelline: Investing in the Future of Our Students

The Collège Sainte-Marcelline Foundation exists for one simple reason: to allow every student to experience a fulfilling journey at the school, no matter their family's circumstances. Established in 1993, it concretely supports the school's educational mission through bursaries and projects that make a real difference.

Message from the President

Collège Sainte-Marcelline holds a special place in my life. I studied there, as did my brother, and my mother was part of the establishment of this Foundation. In our family, we believe deeply in the school’s mission and in the impact a Marcelline education can have on a child’s life.
Today, I am privileged to continuing this mission alongside a committed board of directors who share the same conviction. Supporting the school means investing in the development, personal growth and future of our children.
Every donation counts. Every idea counts. Every act of involvement counts.
Would you like to support the Foundation, contribute to a project or simply speak with us? Write to me directly. I would love to meet you!

Once a Marcelline, always a Marcelline.

Together, let us make this mission shine — it has been transforming lives for generations.

Me Chanel Alepin
President, Foundation of Collège Sainte-Marcelline

The Role of the Foundation

The Foundation of Collège Sainte-Marcelline is an independent non-profit organization whose mission is to support the school’s educational work. It collects donations, manages funds and awards bursaries to students in need, in complete confidentiality and with rigour.

It plays an essential role in three areas:

  • Assisting students facing unexpected financial difficulties, through emergency bursaries, awarded at any time, based on the urgency of the need.
  • Accompanying deserving students over the long term, through support bursaries, awarded annually based on the needs and merit of each person.
  • Funding projects and equipment that enhance school life for the entire community.

SCHOLARSHIP

Financial Assistance Scholarship Program

The Foundation of Collège Sainte-Marcelline has, among other things, the mission of supporting students and their families when financial circumstances compromise the continuation of their educational journey at the Collège.

In this spirit of solidarity and mutual assistance, the Foundation offers families who are in need the possibility each year to submit an application for a financial assistance scholarship. This one-time assistance aims to contribute to a student’s tuition fees and to promote the continuity of their educational journey within Collège Sainte-Marcelline.

Submit an application

Parents who wish to submit an application for financial assistance are invited to submit their application by completing the form no later than June 1 to Ms. Massoud, by email.

In order to allow the scholarship committee to assess the situation in a fair and equitable manner, the application must include the information and documents necessary for the analysis of the family’s financial situation.

All applications are treated with discretion and confidentiality.

Each file is then subject to a careful analysis by the scholarship committee. When necessary, additional information will be requested from the parents in order to allow for a complete assessment of the application.

Following the analysis and approval process, the families concerned will be informed of the decision. When a scholarship is granted, the amount of the financial assistance is applied directly to the student’s tuition fees. Each scholarship is non-renewable and the decisions are final.

Deadline: June 1

We encourage families who wish to submit an application to do so before this date. The Foundation cannot guarantee that an application received after June 1 can be considered.

We therefore invite families who feel the need to not hesitate to submit an application. Each file will be received with respect, kindness and confidentiality.

RENOVATIONS

The Foundation invests in our students’ spaces

The Foundation actively contributes to transforming ideas into concrete projects. Construction, renovation, expansion, modernization or new initiatives, it participates in the financing of projects that allow the Collège to evolve and to think bigger.

Thanks to the generosity of our community, we are investing today in spaces and projects that will enrich the experience of today’s and tomorrow’s students.

EVENTS

Coming together for Sainte-Marcelline

The Foundation organizes events that are above all opportunities to bring together the great Sainte-Marcelline community, alumnae and alumni, parents, families, friends and members of our community.

Our next big gathering will take place in spring 2027! A festive event to come together, celebrate what unites us and raise funds in order to allow the Foundation to continue its mission with the Collège and its students.

Stay tuned… details will follow soon and do not hesitate to write to us directly.
