Sports Teams

Sports Life: Wear the Lynx Colours!

Student sports occupy a place at our school. The school is represented by four sports teams, each competing under the Lynx banner within the Réseau du sport étudiant du Québec (RSEQ).

1 – Basket en action

A Philosophy Centred on People and Performance

Whether on the basketball or volleyball court, our mission goes beyond the final score. We emphasize team spirit and perseverance, choosing to cultivate a strong sense of belonging to the school.

Training takes place in a stimulating atmosphere focused on self-improvement. By joining the Lynx, students develop essential skills: improving endurance and coordination, building solid and lasting friendships, and learning teamwork, strategy, effort and technical mastery.

Organization and Logistics

To ensure a balance between academic success and sports practice, our activities are organized to include approximately 2.5 hours of training per week. The regular season, which runs from November to March, includes a match scheduled on weekday evenings, either in our facilities or at another school’s facilities. Transportation for away competitions is fully assumed by the school.
