Admissions applications for high school for the 2027–2028 school year are currently open.

Before filling out the form, make sure you have the following documents in hand. Your application must be complete to be processed:

Final Report Cards for the 2024–2025 and 2025–2026 School Years

Final report cards must be submitted in PDF format as a single document for high school admissions applications.

Haven’t received the Grade 5 report card yet? Fill out the form anyway. You can add the report card as soon as it becomes available.

Individualized Education Plan (IEP)

Students who have an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) must submit it as a single PDF document. The IEP will be taken into consideration as part of the application review process.

Student Photo

A recent school-style photo must be submitted in .JPG or .JPEG format.

Credit Card

For payment of the $50.00 administrative fee (non-refundable).

Interview

The candidate and her parents meet with Sister Martine Dalpé, Vice-Principal, and Mr. Maxime Paquet, Director of High School, for an information session.

The candidate then has a one-on-one interview with a member of the high school staff.

Entrance Exam (For Concerned Candidates Only)

On September 26, 2026, in addition to the interview, only the following candidates will be required to take an entrance exam in French and/or Mathematics (based on the Grade 5 curriculum), depending on their academic record:

Candidates in a welcome class (classe d’accueil) in 2025–2026 and/or 2026–2027
Candidates attending an alternative school in 2025–2026 and/or 2026–2027
Candidates attending an English-language school
Candidates enrolled in a regular class whose results in one of the core subjects are below expectations.

Parents of candidates concerned will be notified in advance.

Final Decision

The candidate’s file is evaluated based on her French (reading and writing) and mathematics results from Grades 4 and 5, as well as the interview assessment.

After reviewing your daughter’s file, the admission response (acceptance, waitlist or refusal) will be posted on Pluriportail during the week of September 28, 2026.

Acceptance:

Enrolment documents for Grade 7 for the 2027–2028 school year will be sent to you digitally. The file must be completed and returned by no later than October 30, 2026. After this date, your offer of admission will be considered declined.

Waitlist:

Parents have until October 23 to confirm their interest. The candidate may obtain a spot at our school before the next school year begins.

Refusal:

The decision is final. No file review will be conducted.

File Review

If the file meets our criteria, the candidate will be invited to write an entrance exam and meet with a member of the educational team. If not, parents will be informed that the admissions process cannot continue.

Entrance Exam

If your daughter’s file requires an entrance exam, we will communicate the date to parents. This exam always takes place on a weekday.

Final Decision

Enrolment documents will be sent by email to parents of admitted candidates. The file must be completed and returned by the indicated deadline. After this date, the offer of admission will be considered declined.

Tuition

This amount may be adjusted based on government subsidies received. It includes educational outings and/or pedagogical activities, student life and ancillary fees. It also includes the Parents’ Association contribution.

Individualized Education Plan (IEP)

IEP fees apply to students requiring special measures for specific learning needs. Parents must provide the school with all relevant information about their child’s learning.

Fees Not Covered

Fees for extracurricular activities, non-mandatory school trips, childcare services (preschool and elementary), French-language support workshops (preschool and elementary), or other optional services in which the student is enrolled are additional and are the responsibility of the parents. Likewise, the school uniform, textbooks and teaching materials, meals, and transportation are the responsibility of the parents.

Voluntary Contribution: School Foundation

Financial difficulties should never stand in the way of a student’s journey. The Foundation supports families in need through bursaries and contributes to the school’s development by funding projects that enhance school life for all students.

Tuition for Students Not Eligible for the Provincial Exemption

Additional tuition fees for students not eligible for the provincial exemption are set annually by the Québec Ministry of Education. This amount is $6,210 for the 2026–2027 school year.

Please note that, except in the case of a scholarship, payment of tuition fees to the institution may only be made by the student, a parent, or a relative by marriage.

Admissions sessions for Grade 7 students will take place, at your choice, on Saturday, September 26 or Sunday, September 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

No, only the following candidates must write an entrance exam:

The exam for these candidates will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026. No other date is possible.

Depending on the file, the student will write either a French exam or a mathematics exam. Some candidates will be asked to write both. The content is based on Grade 5 learning and requires no preparation.

Each exam lasts between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes.

Responses will be posted on Pluriportail during the week of September 28, 2026. Parents of admitted students will receive the documents to complete to confirm enrolment by email. Please note that any refusal decision is final — no file review will be conducted.

Grade 7 is composed of 4 classes of 32 students each, some of whom come from our elementary school. Approximately 80 spots are available for external candidates. If demand exceeds availability, some candidates will be placed on a waitlist and contacted as soon as a spot becomes available.

Family ties and siblings are a considered factor, but do not replace our observations during the admissions session.

The file is evaluated primarily on results in French and mathematics, as well as those in science and technology and social studies (geography and history).

The interview allows us to get to know the candidate beyond her academic results. The responses provided help us build an overall portrait of the student to assess, and whether the school’s environment is a good fit for her.
